Frank Fuller has committed a lifetime to the education of our children and inspiring the direction of our future generations. Frank started challenging the minds of our youth in 1970 as an Economics High School Teacher in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
Frank has served as an adjunct professor for the University of West Florida, Troy State University, and Nova Southeastern University. Frank also worked with the FSU educational leadership faculty and graduate students as a visiting clinical professor.
He has served in the capacities of Teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal, and Assistant Superintendent of Schools for the Okaloosa District School System. Frank has always challenged the traditional model of education. In 1999 Frank was a co-founder of a 500 student K-8 charter school in Florida. In 2004, Frank was named Assistant Superintendent for Okaloosa County Schools by then Superintendent of Schools Don Gaetz
In 2007, Frank moved BannerSecondary.com to the collegiate level with Florida State University’s Learning Systems Institute. Frank believes Florida’s future i is dependent on how well we reshape career education in our secondary schools. Frank continues to be a proponent for advances in secondary education and training. He is committed to providing opportunities that help educate the minds tomorrow's citizens.
Frank and his wife, Dr. Janet Flowers live in Fort Walton Beach, Florida and Panama City Beach, FL.
